Return and Exchange

1- Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be received in their original, undamaged condition with the original tag or ticket securely attached. All return or exchange requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. The original packaging, including any hanging labels, must remain intact and free from damage, tears, or alterations. Each order is limited to one post-purchase action, meaning customers may request either a return or an exchange, but not both. Please be advised that items purchased with a discount code or during promotional sales are not eligible for refunds.

2- How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer service team at backlainmodestyle@outlook.com within the fourteen (14) days period. When submitting the request, please provide your order number along with a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. Upon receiving your request, our team will review the details and provide comprehensive instructions to guide you through the return shipping process.

3- Fees

A return or exchange fee of $30 will be applied to all transactions. This fee is non-refundable and is intended to cover the processing, handling, and administrative costs associated with managing the return or exchange process.

4- Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refunded amount.
